MONTHLY CLEANING

Clean ventilation grate and fan blades located in the top of the oven.

1. Remove ventilation grate by unscrewing nuts on both sides of vents.

2. Unscrew nut (clockwise) in center of fan blade.

3. Wash in a sink with warm soapy water.

4. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft dry cloth.

5. Wipe fan blades with a clean damp cloth.

6. Dry with a soft dry cloth.

7. After cleaning, reinstall in reverse order.
